Yes, it is possible. You have several options how to do it:
1. Create an element on any diagram, then copy it (CTRL + C) and paste it to any other diagram (CTRL + V). Choose Paste as a new instance of the original model element.
2. Drag the element to another diagram using drag & drop with the right mouse button pressed.
3. Open the Element Browser (ribbon / Model / Element Browser) and click on Add Element. Then you can right-click on the new element and choose Insert to Diagram and place it to multiple diagrams.
If you want to assign an element to a folder, right-click on the element and change its repository to the desired folder in the Repository field in the Properties dialog.
