Add Missing Relationship non-functional (#2760)

When you select a class on a class diagram and right click to add_related_elements->add_missing_relationships , it doesn't do anything.

I have many obvious relationships but either the feature is non-functional or I'm in some kind of mode where you can't do that.

You're right — there's a bug. A fixed version will be released very soon.
