Visibility of attributes and operations (#107)

Dear Mr Rodina,

Thank you very much for taking care of users' suggestions. I have the following new one: When creating a class with attributes and/or operations, it would be nice to NOT specify their visibility. Thus, the attribute/operation name would appear without any additional symbol on its left side, which would be a great feature for the frequent cases where you cannot (or do not want to) specify visibility.
