Don't show 'activate' menu item for activated licenses (#114)

Hi DuĊĦan,

This is really pretty minor, but hopefully it's also really easy for you to fix. Can you hide the Help-Activate For Commercial Use menu item for users that are already activated? Would be nice not to see that bold text staring at me. :)

Like I said, really minor.
