Dispatch the documentation of all nodes (#146)

Please write the documentation of every node to the generated documentation. Especially: Modules and diagram.

This would make it damn easy for writing a Specification with SIM.

I guess this is a very quick and easy change with large impact. Imagine the possibilities you open by that (writing documents more visually than textual).
