Alignment Center Horizontally/Vertically (#1493)

Hello Dusan,

in the diagram editor the actions triggered by the buttons Alignment > Center Horizontally and Center Vertically are interchanged. To align objects in vertically centered you have to click Center Horizontally and vice versa.
