Link from variables and methods to diagrams (#1604)

I would like to click on an attribute or operation, or an icon at the side that links to diagrams

For example,

An operation called CalculateShoppingCartTotal()

Which then links to an activity diagram

This could be added to the properties dialog for the attributes and operations, either as URL's or references
