Priorities are resetted to zero (requirements table) (#1633)

When using the requirements table, the entered priorities were reset to zero.

Steps:

  • 1. Create requirements table with multiple levels
  • 2. Enter priorities
  • 3. Indent or outdent an requirement

Is this a wrong handling or bug?
