Grafcet Action - Text not editable (#1641)

Dear Dusian,

when inserting a new "Action" element into a blank Grafcet diagram, the text editing does not work. Neither at initial text editing nor at later edits. It always jumbs back to "Action1".

The properties editor is able to change the Name-property correctly.
