Update displayed position and size when using up/down control (#1675)

Hello modeler team,

when the user wants to move an uml object via the up/down control in the top menu the displayed position coordinate does not get updated immediately, it always lags one step behind. The object itself is getting moved as requested. The displayed position number updates when the user clicks on something else.

Reproducibility:

Select an uml object -> Element menu appears -> Format menu -> Location: Changing the X or Y coordinates via the up down control.

The same thing counts for the size fields for the width and height.
