Install on ARM based Windows 11 systems (#1697)

(Suggestions)

I was not able installing SIM 13.41 64 bit version on my ARM base Windows 11 System (Surface Pro X). The installation terminates since this ARM based CPU is not on the list of supported HW.

Please provide an update.

Hello,

ARM should be supported in the next major version.

However, if you download and unpack this package:

and try to run SoftwareIdeasModeler.exe, does it work for you?
