Output of Hyperlinks in Interactive Documentation (#1726)

First of all, thank your for building this tool! I evaluated many tools for documenting my software projects, and Software Ideas Modeler has the right mixture of completeness and extendability that I need.

For some of the elements in my models I entered URLs in the "Hyperlink (URL)" properties. I would like to have them included when generating the interactive documentation.

I can also see that Software Ideas Modeler was built with extendability in mind. Could you publish the valid placeholders which can be used within the \Data\Templates\Interactive\Grayscale\*.html templates?

The url is possible to include using the following tag:

<%==SIM:Element.Hyperlink==%>

We can also add it to the default template in the next version.
