cursor change glitch (#177)

When hovering over a UML object in a class diagram and then going towards the horizontal scrollbar (the UML object must be overlayed by the scrollbar), the cursor will not change from the moving cursor to the normal/default cursor (moving cursor image: http://tinyurl.com/az8g2ju, default cursor image: http://tinyurl.com/bcn7fgj. This glitch doesn't happen with the vertical scroll bar
