Crash using Hierarchical task analysis (#250)

I've started using this diagram - program has frozen - 'not responding' several times and had to kill it with task manager

Seem to have crashes entering plan lines, especially if they don't terminate on a task box; and with entering labels

Similar problems in current version and 5.84 - just seems less robust than other diagrams
