Missing relationship option when creating new entity. (#2739)

When creating a new entity an Entity Relationship Diagram (C#, EF) using right mouse-drag, a selection is show of which to select the relationship ("Add One to One", "Add One to Many", etc.) However, the option "Add One to Zero or Many" is missing.
