support "white box" component elements (#330)

SIM should support additional features of component diagrams, as specified in the UML specification. For example, it should support "white box" component elements.

A white box component element has compartments for provided interfaces, required interfaces, realizations and artifacts.

It can also have the compartments "packaged elements" and "internal structure", which can contain additional diagram elements.

In new version, components can contain an internal structure and also other fields which can be set using Properties dialog. Component compartments can be displayed using Element / Show Parts / Show Fields
