"copy diagram" on High DPI screen copys only part of the diagram (#396)

I recently upgraded my primary display to a 4k high DPI screen. I have custom Windows DPI settings (with the default settings, everything was too big for my taste). Now "copy as bitmap" does not work correctly any more.

When I use "Diagram > Copy as Bitmap" or when I select some items in a diagram and copy them by using ctrl+c, only a part of the diagram is copied.
