Elements in duplicated deployment diagram have wrong z-order (#408)

I created a deployment diagram with components and nodes. Then I duplicated the diagram ("Duplicate (Independent Model)" in the project window).

In the new diagram, some of the components are behind their nodes. They should be in front of the nodes, just like in the original diagram.

After I clicked "Send to back" on one of the nodes, all elements had their original z-order restored.
