small Icon for added Diagramm (#410)

Is it possible to add automaticly a small Icon (small rectangle?) inside a part if a diagramm is associated with this part ?

Nearly same as the small blue rectangles for a URL, but inside the part "feels" better for associated Diagramms.

Currently, this icon can be shown only outside - on left above an element:Comment Image

I can add options for the position of this indicator in one of next versions.

The position is not really important.

Today I can see the icon, but I dont know why not yesterday.
