Panning diagram when spacebar held (#55)

(Suggestions)

Please make it possible to pan diagrams by simply moving the mouse while holding down the spacebar (similar to Gimp, Photoshop, Expression Blend, and other design programs). That would be a huge help. Thanks!

(I'm using 5.20.4504.42783 Ultimate.)
