Import vsdm

I got a vsdm from Visio that I would somehow like to convert into something I can import. I only have Visio 2013 and have tried to find a way to export xmi but haven't had any luck. All tips I find are for previous versions of Visio. Anyone who have solved this?

It should be for older version, but maybe it will work.
