SIM launch behaviour

Hi, for starting SIM: is there any way to let SIM open the diagrams which have been recently opened (when having closed it the last time). I searched at File > Options but I didn't find any appropriate setting (hopefully I didn't miss it).

If not: can I do this by command line parameters instead?

BTW: Is there any chance to not let open the overview tabs by default when starting SIM. From my point of view they are quite disturbing.
