I was searching for a good SW Design software when I saw yours supporting UML + DFD and other diagrams (great).

It is also intuitive and very promising.

Is it possible to have the following features/enhancements in the next releases?

* In the composite and component diagrams, possibility to add a required interface alone (the partial circle/socket)

Why not using the same mechanism than for the existing "interface" object, but splitting in provided interface and required interface?

* Possibility to add port on parts in the composite diagram

* Possibility to add component in the composite diagram (like a class)

* Possibility to insert/paste images

* Possibility to customize appearance according to stereotype/tagged values:

- Port image

- Interface image

- Connector "arrow" image

- Component/part icon

- etc...

* Manage UML 2 Timing Diagrams

Thank you for such a great UML modelling tool as freeware. I mainly use activity diagrams, so here's my related question:

Is it possible (or planned) to rotate the fork/join bars to a vertical orientation? It would be very useful for horizontal swimlanes...

It's great software. But I am encountering an issue: I am hard to find out how to draw a line or arrow between two deployment objects or two classes, among components. Could you tell me how to make it or where I can find the help?

First of all, congratulations for this application. It is the application I've been looking for (since StarUML got old :)

I use it to insert UML diagrams in Word documents, so would it be possible to:

- copy diagram as metafile, in order to paste it directly in Word?

- (best, but probably more complicated), embed diagrams as objects in Word?

As well as I do :-)

I love this tool for its look and simplicity and i often use it to sketch ideas and document parts of software.

What i really miss is the possibility to align text in notes or textboxes left/right or top/bottom ... not only centered.

For instance, I can not write down some code in a note in a class diagramm to transport the idea of it because the text is always centered.

Did i overlook something? Or is this really not possible yet?
